Process Approach

Our quality policy is reviewed during every Management Review Meeting, and is woven into our company culture at all levels. We are committed to quality, in everything that we do.

 

InterLnX has adopted a process-based approach that is the foundation for all business operations. Processes with carefully monitored Process Performance Indicators produce quality products and services.

Quality Objectives

1. Provide the customer with quality products that meet or exceed their requirements.

Measurable Goal: Conforming product shipped ≥ 99.90% of the time.

2. Deliver the customer’s products when they request them.

Measurable Goal:  Shipments delivered on time ≥ 99.00% of the time.

3. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Measurable Goal:  No more than 1 negative feedback submitted for every 30,000 units shipped.

Supplier Quality

At InterLnX we are unwavering in our commitment to supplier quality and delivering the highest standards of excellence. We understand that our success is intricately linked to the quality of components and materials we source from our suppliers.

We recognize that supplier quality is a collaborative effort, and we actively engage with our suppliers to drive continuous improvement. We provide support and feedback, encouraging them to adopt best practices, embrace innovation, and invest in quality assurance measures. Together, we strive for excellence in every aspect of our operations, from the initial supplier selection to the final product delivery.

Suppliers should maintain an OTD rate 98%

Quality Assurance Provisions are the principle method for communication acceptance criteria and purchase quality characteristics for a given InterLnX Purchase Order. Suppliers are required to review and adhere to all QAPs specified on any issued orders.

InterLnX strives to maintain a workplace environment that promotes honesty, integrity, and respect. We expect all suppliers to strive for the same excellence. 

As an aerospace supplier InterLnX understands the growing concerns associated with counterfeit materials. All orders are subject to the full extent of our Counterfeit Materials Avoidance Policy
